Positive: Communication leading up to and during the stay was exceptional, every message was answered promptly, even after hours, and the instruction on the key location and full address were given a couple of days before hand. I couldn't fault Ready Set Stay at all on the communication. The location of this 3 storey unit was perfect for our needs, a nice modern place in a block of 14 or so, with a secure garage, although a little tricky to manoeuvre a larger car into, but reversing in is the much easier option, all the same, secure parking and storage with a washing machine and sink, that opens up to a lower level lounge room. I don't think the unit had been used as a rental before, as when the kids wanted to watch tv, the aerial cable needed to be installed and the TV needed to be tuned, but once that was done, the kids soon discovered the smart TV functions and had it online in no time watching Youtube videos. They were happy with that. The middle level was the kitchen and dining area, a decent amount of bench space and a nice sized fridge/freezer, with a microwave, kettle, toaster and toastie machine to use. The dining table was set up for six, and was plenty for the four of us, and the air conditioning on this level worked a treat in the dining area. The bedroom on this level we didn't use, as there was no air conditioning in this room, and with large sliding doors, this room got quite warm during the day, but we used this room to dry our washed clothes during the 10 days we were there. The bathroom and shower on this level was a good addition for a family too. The top level had the two bedrooms that we used and another bathroom/shower, both boys shared a bed, and both rooms had air conditioning, which did come in very handy as the weather was warm during our stay, the upper rooms did get quite warm during the day, which we noticed when we got back from our travels everyday.
Negative: Overall, we were very happy with the stay, it is a modern unit, central to our sporting events for the kids over 9 days, close to a good shopping centre with a lot of food options, and shops that stay open until 10pm, so more than happy with pretty much everything. I will add though, that whilst it is set up to cater for up to 6 guests, there were four plates, bowls and four knives, forks and spoons, and the cutlery was quite flimsy and bent easily. Other than that, our stay here was exactly what we needed and suited our needs perfectly.
Summary: A great modern unit in a great location, perfect for our needs during our stay.
