After a 2 year long term tenant during Covid Casa El Regreso is back on the short term rental market. Regreso is a newer home in K-section of Guiones, steps from the beach. Positioned near the south entrance of Guiones beach, locally known as Baker's Beach. There are four bedrooms including two master suites. Masters each with a king size bed and private luxury bath. Perfect for two families and extended families. Additional bedrooms include a queen size bed and the fourth "bunk room" which features five beds, three full size on the bottom and two twin beds on top, just the thing for a vacation sleepover. In addition, there are two large armchairs that open to a narrow twin bed, perfect for small children who prefer to sleep closer to their parents. Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning. All beds have American Beautyrest Recharge mattresses. Enjoy relaxing at the house which has a pool, ping pong table, and is super close to the beach, yoga institute and town.
