NEW RENTAL PROPERTY sits on 3 acres of beautiful waterfront and its 3200 sq. ft. living space provides a spacious modern cape vacation experience
New tasteful renovation with stunning views from living room, sun room and bedrooms. Large lawn leads to salt water creek and kayaks to explore the large pond and surrounding conservation land. This is a beautifully furnished and decorated home with spectacular surroundings creating the perfect atmosphere to escape the stress of everyday life; you wont want to leave!
LOCATED 5 minutes from Dennis and only a 10 minute ride to the best North Side beaches.
Near the cape cod bike path and bass river as well as conservation land with marked hiking trails by the house.
Stores are only a 5 minute drive for groceries etc.
ROOMS comprise 1 master bedroom with king bed, 1 bedroom with queen bed, 1 bedroom with full bed and one bedroom with 1 full and 1 twin bed, 3 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and a living room as well as a den by the pool with additional pull out new queen sleeper sofa in office (with memory foam mattress - very comfy).
DECK overlooking the pool and garden, has water views and the table and chairs provides the perfect setting for sunset. There is also a separate patio outside the kitchen with garden and water views to thoroughly enjoy the outdoor space. There is also a large professional stainless grille for cooking while surrounded by nature and cape breezes.
ADDITIONAL AMENITIES
3 kayaks, 1 Dinghy, life vests, 2 bicycles, cooler on wheels, beach chairs, hair dryer in each bathroom, and iron/ironing board.
For golfers there is a tee box to the side of the property that provides a private driving range onto the 2 acres of grass complete with water hazard :)
Linens and towels can be arranged through a local company at a reasonable cost, depending how many sets are needed (approx 260 for the week) please let me know if you need their info else you can bring your own.

The main level of the house has new central AC, installed in 2019. This includes the kitchen / dining room, living room, sunroom, office (has new queen pullout), hall bathroom, bedroom with queen bed and master bedroom with king bed (bathroom attached)
The lower level does not have central AC but has always remained very comfortable because the central ac flows down and it is set into the hillside.
All rooms on the lower level open onto the pool and although bright, don’t get direct sunlight until late afternoon.
Lower level includes the den, bathroom and 2 bedrooms (one with full and other with full and twin)
PS. Blue crab can be caught in Crab Creek at the end of the garden
