Summary: Efraín was an exceptional host. He made sure my family and I were abreast of everything going on with the property. If the lights would be off or the water not hot for a few hours due to maintenance, we were aware and could make other arrangements. Maintenance came the first day of our stay to check on a leaking toilet and leaking window from the rain, but they did not repair the window. When it rained, the window would leak inside the unit. The unit itself was very clean and provided all the things needed to make the stay more comfortable from dishes, to bedding, to towels, etc. Despite the cleanliness of the property, the residents are friendly, the property is pet friendly and we had no issues.
