Ontspan en kom tot rust in deze mooie, stijlvolle Italiaanse woning. Casa Della Civetta maakt deel uit van een Italiaanse woonboerderij die opgedeeld is in 3 woningen. Mugnano, Muri Dipinti bekend voor haar muurschilderingen, biedt toegang tot mooie dorpen zoals Solomeo, Assisi, Perugia enz.. de perfecte plek om het mooie Umbrië en Toscane te ontdekken. Geniet van het ruime zwembad ten midden van het idyllische groene landschap van Italië. Op 5 min rijden van het mooie Lago Trasimeno. Casa Della Civetta biedt 2 slaapkamers met elke een 2-persoonsbed. Elke slaapkamer heeft een kledingkast. In de grote slaapkamer is een privé kast aanwezig die op slot is. Deze kast kan niet open!
2 badkamers met elk een douche, lavabo en toilet. De grootste badkamer heeft een wasmachine.
De keuken heeft alle apparaten ter beschikking, voldoende servies en bestek.
In het salon staat een slaapzetel, kachel, TV en bureau. Deze ruimte kan je afsluiten als 3de slaapkamer. Apart is er nog een eetruimte waar je vlot met 6 personen kan eten.
De buitenruimte heeft een grote lounge met schaduwdoek en mooi ruim zicht op de velden.
Het terras is voorzien van een tafel met 6 stoelen.
De originele pizzaoven mag niet gebruikt worden aangezien deze niet aan de veiligheidsnormen voldoet.
Het terras heeft ook 6 ligbedden die aan het zwembad gezet kunnen worden. Je zal in Casa Della Civetta ontvangen worden door Yvette, onze host. Zij staat in voor de ontvangst en jullie vragen. Laat zeker aan haar of ons weten als er iets niet in orde is. Zelf zijn wij niet aanwezig en zijn daardoor afhankelijk van onze host ter plaatsen.

Eens aangekomen hebben we 1 parkeerplaats (Vandecraen) voor je wagen op de gezamenlijke parking.
Wandel voorbij het zwembad en ga links naar de accommodatie. Het deel van de boerderij dat je geboekt hebt ligt achteraan.
Het zwembad is omringd door een haag, maar we vragen toch om kleine kinderen niet alleen aan het zwembad te laten. Mogelijkheid om 2de appartement te huren wanneer je met een groep vrienden of familie reist. Het 2de appartement in Casa Della Civetta is aanpalend, heeft 4 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers.
