Located in a quiet, secluded alley in the bustling Central Western District of Tainan, we offers quiet, peaceful living to guests. The accommodation is close to department stores and parks. You can take a leisurely stroll after meals and purchase daily necessities with ease, indulge in the time of relaxation after a day of busy life.
There are currently three villa style loft. All three rental houses are decorated in the same style, with wood furnishings, Japanese-style decor to create an elegant and comfortable living space, suitable for family, students or friends travelling together.

Whole house rental, first floor includes living room and bathroom, the second floor with tatami floor and toilets.
Fridays and Saturdays (one to four people): NT $ 4,800, extra bed NT $ 600 each, up to one extra.
Sunday to Thursday (one or two people): TWD 2,800.
Sunday to Thursday (three or four): NT $ 3,600 and extra bed NT $ 600 each, up to one extra.
During the summer vacation (from July to August) holiday price are charged regardless.
Recommended for four guest to ensure the best comfort, the second floor can accommodate an additional bed, and up to a total of five guest. The first floor has an open Japanese-style room, for guests travelling in larger groups, an additional two beds can be added in the first floor room, and able to accommodate 7 guest (adults) in total.
Family and friends traveling together are most welcome to stay with us!

2. The deposit is NT$1000. The deposit will be fully refunded upon check-out (no damage or loss of objects in the room).
3. To cancel the reservation, please inform us (not including the seventh day) 7 days before for full refund. Cancellation 4 - 7 days before will be compensated 50%, for cancellation of reservation within 3 there will be no refund. For cancellation with extra bed, refund will be handled accordingly.
4. In case of typhoon, earthquake and other natural disasters, the Tainan Municipal Government may issue an announcement on typhoon warning. The reservation may be refunded in full, deposit or postponement, for a period of up to three months only. Refunds must be made 3 days upon check-in date, such as, for requests made more than three days, we can only postpone or cancel (no refunds for cancellation).
5. We reserve the right to terminate any booking, such as disasters, repairs etc ... and so on, any amount paid will be refunded, the guest will not be allowed any objection. (Please provide the necessary account details for refund within two days or there will be no refunds and treated as cancel the reservation)
6. If you want to help family, friends, or foreigner friends to book, please contact host before reservation and provide personals, if host is not inform, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation, and will not refund.
7. Check in time: PM 3:00 ~ PM 07:00; Check out time: AM 08:00 ~ AM 11:00, please inform the manager as soon as possible if there is a need to enter the room after 7:00 pm. (For late arrivals, please inform in advance on the day before check-in. If you do not informed before check-in day, late check-in will not be accepted)
8. Be sure to check in according to the next number of people at reservation, if number of guests increases without prior notice, any additional NT $ 1000 / person / number of days of stay will be charged.
9. Late arrivals on the day of check-in, without prior notice or check-in not within the specified time of stay, will be subjected to cancellation, without refund or rescheduling.
