Villa Navelina is a characteristic and welcoming one-story villa in a quiet position, surrounded by the Sicilian countryside. It sleeps 14 people. From Villa Navelina you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery. Villa Navelina is 200 square meters (2150 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private patio, a private garden and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 7.5 km (4.7 miles) from Caltagirone, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find a grocery store at 5.8 km (roughly 3.6 miles) and the closest beach (Marina di Acate beach) at 40 km (roughly 25 miles). You will reach Villa Navelina from the parking area going up a walkway that includes approximately two stairway steps.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 15 meters (50 feet) long, from 1.25 meter (4.1 feet) to 1.50 meters (5 feet) deep. The area is equipped with a sun umbrella and deck chairs. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a lovely view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside. The pool is open from the beginning of March until mid-November.
Patio
The patio is 30 square meters (320 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with a wood bench and with tables and chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a charming view of the swimming pool and of the garden.
Garden
The garden is 500 square meters (5380 square feet). It is partly shaded by century-old olive trees. The garden is equipped with a sofa and armchairs, as well as with a sun umbrella and external showers. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a broad view of the swimming pool and of the surrounding countryside.
Verandah
The verandah is 40 square meters (430 square feet) large. You will be able to reach it from the living room. Is equipped with two armchairs, and the dining table can accommodate 12 guests. From the verandah you will enjoy a broad view of the garden and of the swimming pool.
Living Room
The ceiling of the living room is sloped and is made of wood. The furnishings are warm and welcoming. The furnishings include a sofa and armchairs. There is a small fireplace made of bricks, for decorative purposes only. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the verandah and the garden through two French doors. The room also has a large panoramic window, as well as a small window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is professional-grade, equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the garden. The room also has a small window.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the patio through an external access. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed).
