Positive: We've spent a week at Villa Ocean's Edge in April 2025 with a group of 8. The villa was spotless and the garden and pool exceptional (expect monkeys, dogs, birds, and even a monitor lizard family). The location is super calm and remote, exactly what we've been looking for. The garden is connected to the beach which looks beautifully untouched. The sea is quite rough though, we had a blast there but it might not be the ideal spot for smaller children. The perfectly temperatured pool was cleaned every morning, we spend a lot of time there. The host was fantastic. We've received all information upfront, all questions were answered immediately and the villa manager and the whole team including the chef were by far the best personal staff we've ever had. They were always around and attentive, managed all shopping, arranged transportation and massages, kept the service and the surrouding at a highly professional and perfect level with a great attention to detail. From the first cup of coffee served in the morning next to daily fresh flowers until they switched off the light no matter at what time we went to sleep - everything was taken care of. The personal chef's skills are incredible. He served us a big variety of local and international dishes, from lobster to homemade carrot cake - everything was always fresh, aromatic, and cooked to perfection. The kind and warm-hearted staff made this vacation truly memorable, they've even decorated the villa for my husband's birthday in the most beautiful way. We can't wait to come back one day.
