Positive: The house itself was beautiful and the owners were very attentive. Located in a great area and nice neighborhood.
Negative: So there was a clogged shower and broken disposal, but they sent someone over asap. Again very attentive and helpful to us as renters. Now as for the housecleaning the home could use a overhaul deep clean and should get one every time a guest leaves. Floors, inside windows, showerheads, light fixtures, microwave, cabinets, dishes, walls, doors, baseboards, all the drawers in the house from kitchen to bedrooms and bathrooms. Karaoke in the game room was great but no charger so we used our android charger n charged to use a little, then we couldn't charge the mic. The outdoor area has mildewed, broken pool toys. We had our own. It needs a good cleaning as well like a good hose down. A hose down with cutter bug spray because they have bugs like fleas or something that bite you can see them crawling around on tables n couch. Sweeping for sure needs to be done, but we did. And a new grill or grill cleaning. The screen door on slider was broken. Last my son's Harry Potter room had no washcloths. It was okay I was just wondering what happened to his set. Please don't take anything the wrong way, I'm just telling the things that could use improvement. We loved the house and would go back for sure!! ๐Ÿ˜โค๏ธ
