Watch the manatees travel up and down the deep water canal leading to beautiful Kings Bay. Dock your boat just feet from your covered terrace and enjoy singing birds from your upstairs bedroom balcony. Each bedroom has a queen bed with all new bedding and the guest bedroom also has a trundle bed for extra sleeping room. A full bath upstairs and a half bath downstairs makes living convenient. . The kitchen includes a refrigerator with ice maker , a smooth top stove, and a dishwasher and microwave. A commercial ice maker is only 3 doors down and is full of ice daily! The kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking. Cable TV and wireless wifi are included with a TV in the living area and on the newly painted concrete terrace. A grill and table on the terrace makes cooking out so easy. Tiled floors downstairs and carpet upstairs gives you comfort year round. Crystal River is a water paradise. Freshwater fishing in the river, snorkeling the natural springs, watching the manatee, and enjoying a short boat ride to the Gulf of Mexico for salt water fishing make this condo an excellent location for nature lovers! Great restaurants are close, as well as theme parks such as Homosassa Nature Park, Busch Gardens in Tampa, and Disney World in Orlando.
